I was wondering if it were possible for NPC clerics to cast more spells? Such as Bull's Str and other stat buffers ( The cleric is prolly higher lvl so they last longer then potions for more gp ) and also I was wondering if they could have something like an altar which you could put weapons and armors on to cast Greater Magical weapon and other item buffers. The altar could also be used for things like one shot spell sequencers so they have a purpose for fighters and barbarians by having the cleric cast CSW on it or neutralize poison. Just a thought.

The way I have the conversations set up at the moment you can add spell choices to all NPCs (that use the default conversations) by just setting local integers on them. So yes, we can add other spells easily.
The only problem with this is that you end up with too long a list (at the moment it can't handle more than 14, but I can fix that fairly easily, though it would involve multiple screens which I would like to avoid). The other option would be to have more than one NPC cleric in the temple, with a different spell selection on each (like a "healer" and a "buffer").
