A new low level dungeon has been added (a troglodyte lair, thanks to Dolomel). It is currently situated in the Wealdath, just north-east of Mosstone.
The encounters are broken at the moment, but will be fixed in 2 days. Soon we will also add a related quest to the sergeant in the Mosstone barracks.

Vault placeables have been added to inn rooms, as well as several other places. You can use these to persistently store items. Note that all of the vaults are linked together for each PC, and each PC has their own private storage space. The contents will persist even when you don't have an inn room rented.

Added the "Mount Glory summit" area, which is linked to the "Mount Glory foothills" area (on the far side of the Nevermores). This area contains a new Paladin trainer with specialist training versus dragons. There is also the facility for paladins to turn a +3 or greater weapon into a Holy Avenger, for the small fee of 2,000,000 gp.

A new Epic level area has been added, thanks to Dolomel. To get there you need to loot Kilthax's treasure hoard at the bottom of Hack'n'Slash dungeon at the moment. This is only a temporary home, and it will be moved to the proper location at Mount Glory once it exists.

A new large high-level quest has been added. This is for 14th level and over parties only, and cannot be activated below this. To kick it off visit Blackthorn Manor just west of Velen and speak with Lady Orphelia Blackthorn. The quest itself is designed as a "grand tour" of some of our areas, and will take you to six diverse locations.

A new low to mid-level "dungeon" has been added to Velen. It is still being finished, but you can at least complete it. The conversations are just sparse placeholders at the moment, and a couple of the levels are missing treasure chests and traps, but they will be added soon. So if anyone wants to try it out and let me know what needs to be re-balanced or fixed, that would be great. (Oh yeah, and the puzzle on the final level is non-functional at the moment.)
It is designed for roughly levels 4 to 10, though you will probably have trouble finishing all the levels if you are only level 4 (so just come back for the rest when you are ready). It is located inside the Yardarm Tavern in East Velen (right next to the market stalls). Just head down the back stairs.

A new low level quest has been added at the Abbey of the Risen Star, on the coast road just south of Carismere. A small linking quest will be added later from the temple of Lathander, but for now you can do the quest just by visiting the Abbey.
P.S.: In the current build there is a problem with factions that can cause a few NPCs in Velen to become hostile after doing this quest. This will be fixed in this fridays update, so you might want to wait till then.

THE UNDERDARK IS IN!!!!
I finally got around to adding in some underdark areas (yay). This is a HUGE set of mid to high level areas. There are currently no real quests to do there, but feel free to wander around and slaughter its evil denizens. If in the process you think of a quest that could be added somewhere, please let me know.
To get there you need to explore the Dwarven Ruins in the Smallteeth Mountains. Make sure you check out the new dungeon under the ruined castle, and also the back of the crypts.
P.S.: At the moment there is a bug I introduced to the server last week that is causing many doors that should be shut to be open. This circumvents a couple of the puzzles in these areas. This will be fixed in this fridays update (I hope), so again you might want to wait until then.
