I checked that out as soon as it was released. I even went to the effort of creating all the missing models for our custom clothes parts. Then I discovered that robes didn't work with it at all (they just stuck out at 90 degrees). I think they have fixed the robes since then, but they still require additional models for all of them. At the same time they redid the riding animations, which now suck (back to how bad they used to be). Not really useable I'm afraid.
I haven't had a chance to check out exactly what would be required to make the newer version work with our custom clothes, but my first impression was that it would require another huge HAK. As it is I think we are already pushing the limit with what NWN can handle (at least in the toolset). I have noticed everything in the toolset taking quite a bit longer with all our stuff in now. So we need to carefully weigh up how useful anything we add is compared to the number of files needed. Given the other issues with having rideable horses, it becomes questionable whether it is worthwhile.

Well, adding ridable horses is not a high priority, if we can ever put it in the mod... then we'll do it later
