Hi really excited about working on a PW, this is my first time. I have been working with the editor for 2 yrs now . My skills lie in Building, Scripting, and Writing, I have played PnP for 5 years and have always been the DM. We usually played on my own setting so I dont have much knowledge about FR but there is tons of source on the net. my e-mail is quikhandz@hotmail.com.

I've changed your member group so that you can access some of our Dev. Team areas. Check it out. Is there an area that you wish to "specialize" in? If not thats ok too. Don't worry about lack of FR knowledge, there's way more than you can handle on our FolderShare library. ;D

Hey, I found your post on the Builder's Guild forums and thought it would be cool to work with a group on a PW. I'm great at coming up with gameplay ideas, having been an avid console and computer RPGer. I also am pretty familiar with the toolset and can lay down areas pretty easily. Scripting I know enough to get by on, with Lilac Soul's Script Gen, the toolset wizard, and a smattering of C knowledge I've managed to create Unique items, an Arena/Gladiator Pit, and an item forge in my single player games. I have no personal preferance on what work to be assigned, I'll help out where ever I can, but I do love Economics and Crafting and would find that really fun to work on. Below is my contact information. Thanks =D

I'm in. I like building more than anything, and I write quests and stuff on my spare time.

This project appears interesting... on the surface.
I've been DMing a NWN campaign set in the Purple Hills of Tethyr, neer the city of Myratma, and have had a major project based on that city "in the works" for a long time now.
But frankly, your list of things you want/plan to include in the mod sounds highly unrealistic, and makes me extremely hesitant about getting on board.
This said, I think I'll poke around and see where y'all are going with it. I don't want to be too negative, when you obviously have no shortage of enthusiasm.
Cheers, --- Wheldrake

heh...heh...heh...We can and WILL! you have no Idea what kind of talent is involved in this project, especially our resident genius, Ima Dufus...
If he says it can be done, then believe me IT CAN BE DONE!

It's important to remember that the list is just a "wish list". Not all of the stuff on it is by any means essential, and in fact a lot of it should be considered "long term" projects, not stuff that needs to be done for the first release (which is mostly just the core systems). Some of it will probably never be done. It all really depends on what the members here consider interesting and worth spending time doing. That list was basically made by me, so it doesn't really reflect everyones opinions. If you (Wheldrake, or anyone really) have any strong opinions about what should be scrapped/changed, then by all means let me know.
And while we are at it, even though you might not see much being released around here, it doesn't mean that work has completely stopped. We are very much in the infancy of this project, so a lot of the core foundation work is still being done. Until that is finished it is hard to build the stuff that will sit on top of it. I am making steady progress on many of the core systems, but they are quite complex so it is taking awhile (I am trying to do them "right" the first time, so that we don't spend too much time later going back and changing stuff). Having said that, several members have been on my back about releasing something, so I will probably release something in the not-too-distant future that is somewhat less complete than I would have liked, just so that we have something to show.

Hey all! I sent Knightmare an email with some of my in-depth scripting systems and all, however, your PW looks very interesting! I have spent a few years with the toolset, and haven't been able to pry myself from learning more about it since!! I love to script, and can do many things with it, I can build, write, manage haks etc. pretty well anything (I have spent a lot of time plugging away at my own mods, without help. It can take a while, but you get the best of everything the toolset has to offer, rather than one field) However, I am perfectly content to help in whatever you need most with. So, just thought I'd put it out there. PEACE OUT!!
